Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders received on or around a public holiday may be delayed by us to 3 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International

See below list of countries currently available for international shipping:

• New Zealand - 8 to 13 business days

• United States & Canada - 10 to 15 business days

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We cannot guarantee PO Box delivery so please provide a fixed address as an alternative.
